à toi is a parisienne inspired hotel lobby bar designed to transport you to the 1920s. The venue’s deep jewel tones and elegant decor boasts it as the perfect spot a large event, intimate gathering or wedding.

Wedding Packages

Our Wedding Packages are meant to give you an idea of suggested all-in pricing. We endeavour to provide a customized and personalized approach to wedding planning and as such we are happy to offer a family style menu or reception style menu. There is also the option to create a custom menu with our Executive Chef. As an alternative to our bar packages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) can be charged based on consumption per beverage, plus tax and gratuity. Wines are selected from our current list and charged per bottle.

We understand that your wedding day is a reflection of your unique love story. That’s why our dedicated in-house wedding support staff is here to ensure every detail of your celebration is impeccably planned and executed. From the initial planning stages to the final toast, our team works closely with you to bring your day to life.

    FAQS

    Is there a charge to use the space?

    There is no charge to use the space, provided the minimum food + beverage expenditure is met. The food & beverage minimum dependent on the night of week, the month of the year and the space you have selected.

    Is there a cake plating fee?

    Any outsourced desserts (Cakes, cookies etc.) brought into the venue are subject to a $5 Plating fee pp.

    When are the final food + beverage selections due?

    Final food + beverage menu selections are due seven days in advance of your event.

    When is the final guest count due?

    Final guest count is due three days in advance of your event.

    Allergen policy

    We require a list of allergies at least 24 hours in advance of the event. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens (including but not limited to, SOY, WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, MILK ) as we share equipment to store, prepare and serve them.

    Separate Payment Policy

    In order to secure your booking, we will require a deposit to be taken. Please be aware for group bookings, we will present one bill for your group. We will permit up to 4 even electronic payments.
